DRY HIRE & SHOPPING LIST
We provide a fully equipped mobile bar service that includes:

- Mobile Bar
- All Bar Equipment
- Professional Bartenders
- Glassware

Prior to your event, we will arrange a consultation to discuss your preferred drinks and cocktail menu.
If required, we can assist with creating a detailed shopping list of the stock needed for your selected cocktails.
We can also supply essentials such as ice and fresh fruit for an additional cost.

To complete the experience, we provide professionally printed drinks menus showcasing your chosen drinks and cocktails,
allowing guests to easily view what your bartenders will be serving throughout the event.

Please note: If you have your own glassware and just require a bar & a bartenders - this option is also available.

CASH BAR
We discuss what drinks are most suited to your guests (Beer, Wine, Spirits, Cocktials etc).
We can also design a bespoke cocktail menu and serve a choice of your favourite cocktails on the night.
We provide everything needed to make your bar a great success!

- Cash Bar for guests to buy drinks (we take card and contactless too)

We supply everything needed & serve unlimited selected bar drinks and selected cocktails to your guests.

ALTERNATIVE OPTIONS

TAB BAR - Starting the event with a tab behind the bar and once that runs out moving onto a cash bar.
SUBSIDISED BAR - You put a set amount behind the bar and this reduces all the drinks prices for your guests.
DRINKS TOKENS - We can provide tokens to be handed to your guests on arrival which can be redeemed at any time throughout the event.

SET UP & PACKING DOWN
We will usually arrive 1.5 - 2 hours prior to your event
It usually takes us around 1 - 1.5 hours to pack away at the event of your event.
We will pack away our mobile bar and collect and wash our equipment & glassware.
